Our Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 9:00am at the district office on Cemetery grounds. The public is invited to attend.
Our district is governed by a 5-member board of directors who are appointed by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors. Board members serve 4 year terms.

Our district is dedicated to operating in a transparent manner, and posts relevant financial and operational documents to our site as they become available.
The Winters Cemetery District's source of revenue generate from Property Tax Revenues, Sale of Burial Rights of plots and Burial services.
