The Winters Cemetery District's source of revenue generate from Property Tax Revenues, Sale of Burial Rights of plots and Burial services.

The Winters Cemetery District offers various options and fees for burials of loved ones.  We offer both in ground casket and cremation burials.  We also offer burial of ashes in our upright granite Niche.  Each ground plot has the option of one casket burial with two cremation burials or three cremation burials in a plot.  At present time we have multiple sections where residents can pre-purchase "Burial Rights"  to plots or niches.  The cemetery offers burial services Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm. For every burial in the Winters Cemetery there are documents that are required by either the District and/or the County.  We strongly recommend calling ahead to obtain needed information prior to your visit or appointment.
