Board Members

Our district is governed by a 5-member board of Trustees who are appointed by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors. Board members serve 4-year terms.

Trustees are responsible for the governing oversight of the Cemetery, ensuring compliance with the CA Health and Safety Code and provide fiduciary care of the Special District. They meet monthly to review the operational proceedings of the cemetery, review and approve financial statements and receive informative updates from the District Manager. The Board may meet for special called meetings of urgent matters, set policy and to approve fiscal year budgets.
